DR. R. H. PATIL - Chairman, Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. Chairman

Dr. Patil currently holds the position as Chairman of NSDL, NDML and Clearcorp Dealing Systems (India) Ltd. Apart from Clearing Corporation of India Limited, he is the Chairman on a number of Committees of RBI, such as, Advisory Committee on Information Technology, External Advisory Committee on registration of Securitisation companies, Reconstruction companies, High Level Advisory Committee for Credit Information Companies. He has also been a Consultant to Asian Development Bank.

DR. K. RAMAKRISHNAN - Chief Executive Officer, IBA Member

Dr. Ramakrishnan at present is the Chairman of the IBA and prior to that he was the CMD at Andhra Bank. He has held the position of General Manager at Bank of India and Executive Director at Bank of Baroda. He was conferred “Doctorate of Letters” by Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2006 for contribution in the field of Banking. He is also the Chairman, State Level Bankers’ Committee, Andhra Pradesh and Member of the Governing Council and Honorary Fellow of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), Mumbai. He is a Visiting Professor at Central University, Hyderabad and Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

MR. S.B. MATHUR - Secretary General, Life Insurance Council Member
	Mr. Mathur was the Chairman of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. Mr. Mathur is at present the Secretary General of Life Insurance Council, Chairman of National Stock Exchange and an Advisor to National nvestment Fund set up by Government of India.

MR. A. P. KURIAN - Chairman, AMFIl Member

Mr. Kurian is the Executive Chairman of Association of Mutual Funds in India - a trade body of all the Mutual Funds operating in India. He also holds several positions as Chairman of Geogit Financial Services Ltd., Member of the Board of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., Executive Committee o f National Securities Depositor y Ltd., technical Advisory Committee of RBI, and on the Boards of several companies.

MR. V. SRIKANTH - Chairman, FIMMDA Member

Mr. Srikanth is the Chairman of FIMMDA - an industry organization of market participants in the Fixed Income, Money Markets and Derivatives Market. He represents FIMMDA in the Technical Committee of the RBI. Mr. Srikanth currently holds the position of Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities for Citi Bank India Cluster covering Sales, Trading, Fixed Income Capital Markets and Balance Sheet management. He is also the Country Treasurer for Citi in India and is a Director in Citi’s group company CCML, the underwriting and trading vehicle for the Indian rupee fixed income business

MS. ZIA MODY - Senior Partner, AZB & Partners (Law firm) Member

Ms. Zia Mody has a Law degree from the University of Cambridge and an LLM from the Harvard Law School. She is a Member of the CII National Council on Corporate Governance and Regulatory Framework, member of the CII Committee on Capital Markets, member of the CII Committee on Financial Services, member of the CII Committee on CII Mutual Funds. She was selected as one of India’s 100 Most Powerful CEOs by the Economic Times in the year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. She was nominated as one of the world’s leading practioners by “The International Who’s Who of Private Funds” Lawyers 2006 and 2008.

PROF. BALA V. BALACHANDRAN - Kellogg School of Management Member
	Dr. Bala V. Balachandran is the J. L. Kellogg Distinguished Professor of Accounting Information Systems and Decision Sciences and Director of the Accounting Research Center. Prof. Bala has been involved in setting up Management Institutes in India and was involved in the MBA Programs at MDI, Gurgaon in early 90s and ISB at Hyderabad and Great Lakes Institute of Management at Chennai.

MR. JOSEPH MASSEY - Managing Director & CEO – MCX Member
	Mr. Joseph Massey is Managing Director and CEO of MCX. He heads strategic operations and development initiatives of MCX with an ultimate aim of making MCX the “exchange of choice” for all commodity participants. In his last assignment, he was heading Interconnected Stock Exchange of India-a collaboration of 15 regional stock exchanges - as its Managing Director.

MR. D. RAVISHANKAR - CEO & Co-Founder, Credit Market Services Ltd. Member Secretary

Mr. Ravishankar is a finance professional with significant experience of over 25 years in BFSI segment. Until December 2007, he worked as Managing Director, Risk Solutions, Asia Pacific, Standard & Poor’s. As Fund Manager, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer, he has held several assignments in Cholamandalam Cazenove Mutual Fund, Reliance Mutual Fund and GIC Mutual Fund. He has managed collaborations with foreign institutional investors such as Henderson Investment Management Co., U.K., Marlin Partners, U.K., Soros Fund Management, US and Cazenove Fund Management, U.K. As Executive Director of CRISIL Limited, he was spearheading Risk Management programs for clients in Banks, Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds.

Mr. S. L. MOHAN - Secretary General, General Insurance Council Member

Mr. Mohan is an Associate of Insurance Institute of India. His last assignment was with The Oriental Insurance Company Limited as the Chairman and Managing Director. He was also associated with the United India Insurance Company Limited and National Insurance Company Limited where he had handled several portfolios across different regions. His past directorships included organizations such as Kenindia Assurance Co. Ltd., Nairobi, GIC Housing Finance Ltd., Loss Prevention Association of India, Madura Coats and DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. He also served as a Member of the Tariff Advisory Committee.
